Are you interested in becoming an admin and or a page editor for the Digby/Annapolis County Fire Calls Facebook page? We may just need you to join our team and help out!
The DACFC admin/editor team posts fire calls on Facebook for Digby/Annapolis County Fire Departments only on a 24/7, 365 days a year basis.
Admins/editors have to be willing to spare their time if they put out posts that need to be updated (for example; structure fire posts) and that may mean that as a admin or editor you may be up during the night to provide updates to the page. Of course that rarely happens since we are posting for part time/volunteer fire departments.
We do ask admins/editors to have proper punctuation and grammar in their writing when they make posts. For example; Bear River FD - Medical Call, 12:00 AM and not writing it like "bear river fd medical call 12:00". We also ask admins/editors who join our team to only use the 12 hour clock and not military time/24 hour clock time when posting calls for the page. For example; "12:00 AM and not writing it 00:00" which is military time. We also ask the admins/editors make sure when posting to not make any typos/incorrect spelling in the posts.
