Firefighters' National Memorial Day

Annual Fallen Firefighters' Memorial Service in Yarmouth, NS - Sunday, September 8th at 10 AM

Members of the Yarmouth Fire Department, once again, cordially invite you and your members to their Annual Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service to be held Sunday, September 08, 2024 at the Yarmouth Fire Station. As in the past the service will begin at 10:00am. and conclude with light refreshments afterwards. Those attending are asked to be at the station by 9:30am. We thank you for your past participation and hope to see you once again.

Firefighters' National Memorial Day is observed each year on the second Sunday of September in Canada. Established in 2017 by the Government of Canada, this day honors all fallen firefighters' across the country.
